How I Romanticize Meal Planning

Meal planning used to feel like the most boring task ever. I would avoid it until I had no groceries left and no choice. But I realized it wasn’t the meal planning itself, it was how I was approaching it. What made it more enjoyable was turning it into something I actually look forward to. I started choosing a theme for the week so I’m not overwhelmed with decisions. I stick to a few meals I genuinely like instead of forcing myself to eat things just because they’re healthy. I also try to make the process feel intentional with good music and taking my time at the store instead of rushing. It’s still not my favorite thing, but it doesn’t feel like a chore anymore. It feels like I’m taking care of myself in a more thoughtful way. I walk through exactly how I do this in my latest YouTube video if you want something realistic and simple.
