Writing It Out, Even When It’s Messy

I used to think journaling had to look a certain way, like it had to be deep or perfectly written every single time. But lately, I’ve let that go. Now it’s just a place where I can be honest. Some days it’s one page, some days it’s a few sentences, and some days I skip it. There are no rules anymore. It’s less about creating something and more about clearing my mind. What I’ve noticed is that even the messiest entries help the most. Getting thoughts out of my head and onto paper makes everything feel lighter. I shared a bit of my journaling routine in my latest YouTube upload too if you want an easy way to start.
